siphonophora:

Velella velella is a hydrozoan jellyfish that floats on the surface of the ocean. Its bell is fixed with a sail-like structure that has earned them their various nicknames (by-the-wind sailor, little sail, etc). These little jellies are actually a part of a specialized ocean surface community that includes the Siphonophores, and like Siphonophora, they are not one organism, but a colony of many individuals that make up the body of V. velella.
